• 24th September: Workshop dinner in a traditional Irish Pub, The Plough Inn, which is in the center of Hillsborough (vegetarian and vegan options available).
• 25th September: Proposed field trip to COSMOS UK site at CAFRE (College The Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise) Hill Farm Centre in Glenwherry
• 26th September: Dinner in one of the other local pubs/restaurants in Royal Hillsborough at own expense.
• 27th September: Optional private guided tour of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens on Friday morning.
